With the exception of possibly Jews in Israel, very few Jews care what the Chief Rabbinate says. Reform Jews in America, who the Chief Rabbinate doesn't think are Jews, believe they are just as Jewish as the chief rabbi and they support their country by going into the armed service at a far greater rate than all those Jews in Israel who think studying Torah is more important than defending their country. With Muslims invading Europe, there will be very few non Jews who want to convert to Judaism and even Jews who want to divorce will probably have left.
