IDF is upheld to humanitarian laws - what about humanitarian laws for the pali's? Why is it they can behave like animals and we have to turn the other cheek?

7. The're practically no guilty Arabs, when you ask the Muslim
occupiers about ANY of the incidents, where their terrorist brothers&sisters get shot dead or are wounded.
They're always "minding their own business", are "mentally challenged" or are "13-year old minors" (with a 30-year old's teeth)...
