As for Trump's plan, the problem is not that it calls for "two states," so much as the potential borders and parameters. Sources elsewhere are suggesting that it calls for a Palestinian capital in Jerusalem, along with an international zone. This would be an absolute disaster, on par with all of the worst suggestions for a "solution" to the conflict that have ever been proposed. If true, this is something that needs to urgently be addressed, and refused.
