In this case not only is this law a most immoral law but the "criminal" is not even a resident of the PLO's Palestinian Authority (PA). He is both a resident of the State of Israel and a citizen of the USA. Yet, the PLO's PA abducted him, tried him and sentenced him to life in prison with hard labour.
