for a definitive diagnosis should move to a country with many millions of population-like say USA or China or similar countries. Israel's population is too small to have a useful series..She certainly looks an adorable young lady.deserving all the help in the world.

Doubtful this will help but just in case - here are two cents. There is often co-morbidity of birth defects and every child can be affected to a different extent by each defect they have. I fear the best you can do is to collect, prioritize and treat multiple diagnoses. By the way, at least one study indicates small head size is typical of children with anorectal malformation. While you may not find a common master syndrome, there are many children and families with similar stories and challenges that you can connect with.
