If we compare the citizen Israeli Arab vs the Arab neighbors from the middle east (like Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Lebanon) the Israeli Arabs enjoy from civil right, dignity ,a thriving economy and health care. Moreover, the Israeli Arab know that their life are better than the Palestine people. And if you ask them in secret which regime they prefer to be controlled they choose the Israeli government.
This is the time that the Arab people need to vote for people that really take care of them.
