Had Israel wisely kept Gaza and our South Lebanon Security Zone, we wouldn't be having ANY of these problems! No Gaza or Lebanon wars. No rockets or terror from Gaza or Lebanon. NONE OF IT! Virtually ALL of Israel's serious problems are direct results of Israeli retreats and concessions. When will we ever learn?

Israelis allowed Hezbollah to spend all the time and resources on building the tunnels. Israel intentionally abstained from doing anything about them until the tunnels were built, at great cost to Hezbollah. Once the tunnels were built, they were destroyed. Now all of that expense has gone to waste. Just like in the military, if you discover that your enemy is concentrating their forces somewhere - you let them. You prepare your artillery, air force and other assets. The more troops your enemy concentrated, the higher their loss will be. Once the enemy is almost ready to attack, you pound them with artillery and from the air. They are an easy target at this point, as they are prepared for offensive, so nothing is hidden or dug in. Essentially, Israel did the same thing with tunnels in the North.

Mullah oil tankers need to simply disappear at the bottom of the sea. GO after the CASH / MONEY.

The economy is destroyed, their environment is poisoned, they have no water, their birth rate is way below replacement, they have massive rates of drug addiction and venereal disease. This is the Soviet Union - down to the corrupt "trusts" which own everything. They are not a country to be taken seriously.
