I would assume that all the comments are by foreigners and or people that have never been in the army. The whole idea is not to create more terrorists as they are brainwashed from childhood. What they do is no concern of ours. It is like burning an Arab to death because they think can. Also people that were not in the Israeli army. We are not animals and those who are should be punished. Next on this very problematical list is rape and pillaging - you OK with that as well?

The Arabs should understand by now that when you assist your buddies in murdering IDF troops, your health may be impacted.
That said, the troops should have transported the perps to jail. If it is proved that they assisted in the killings, then they should spend many dull years in prison, assuming they don't have some sort of unfortunate accident on the way. You know, falling down several flight of stairs or tripping over a stick carelessly left in a hallway, or even walking into a door. These things do happen...

No matter how vile, no matter how vicious, and no matter how awful acts of murder and terror may be a democracy cannot allow its military and its police forces to be the judge, jury, and executioner.
What separates Israel from every other nation in the Middle East, and from several other countries all around the world is that Israel is a nation of laws.
Acts of terror against the citizens of Israel have resulted in the maiming and murder of hundreds and hundreds of innocent men, women, and children. No act of terror can ever be excused, justified, or explained, but when the perpetrators are apprehended they must be brought before the justice system in Israel and allow Israeli judges and courts to mete out punishment, and never allow or condone a soldier or policeman taking the law into their own hands.
