The PA would pay by having US aid reduced. The US. would be able to seize assets, because under the law, aid is received from the U.S.

The law specifically says, it applies to governments receiving aid.

The PA is receiving No aid.

Trump stopped all aid but for security coordination, Abbas said No to that, law no longer applies.

How does this help US citizens obtain money in their suits?

Like all good people, I heartily applaud Trump's decision to end American security aid to "Palestinians". It is a big step in the right direction. And further proof of Trump's loyalty to America and Israel. Now stop all INSANE Israeli aid to our mortal, murderous "Palestinian" foes. No more food, money, electricity, work permits, protection, materials or anything for "Palestinians"!

The ONLY assistance Israel should EVER give "Palestinians" is assistance to leave our land permanently.
