I've said this dozens of times, and I'll probably have to say it dozens of times more in the future but no one seems to listen...

We know that every winter there will be flash floods in the eastern and southern wadis. We are losing millions of liters of one of our most precious commodities - water - because we are not building underground reservoirs to catch and save this water, which is being lost and wasted by letting it run off into the sea.

One of these days, perhaps someone who's part of the powers that be, will wake up and do something about it...
