Jared Kushner and his father-in-law Donald Trump are not presidents/masters/bosses of the whole world (on Earth). Trump is US president and Kushner is one of his White House advisers. The United States are not/cannot be impartial (in this case), just like any other country. Let them mind their own American business/interest. 'America first and let us make America great again". These kind of politics were not successful in the Middle East, in the past, since 1945 and will not work in the future. Unfortunately the United Nations organization is functioning badly. Otherwise this problem/issue perhaps could have been solved/settled a long time ago, in the way I wrote before.
