I would not spend my energies trying to get Haredi to participate in the Army.

It is not worth the effort, if Israel were ever attacked they would be of no help.

They have low intelligence, low physical abilities, are are just cowards.

What I would do, is deny them all government and public benefits except for health insurance, if they do not participate in the draft and the military.

There is nothing that exempts from any laws or rules of the Israeli government.

They are jews and Israelis. As jews they may not think they have to serve but as Israelis they are required to serve.
