Every where women actually want to be treated with RESPECT despite of differences in thinking of opinions. If woman wants to be respected then they have to be respectable and not sway left and right according to emotions. One way to this is to form a board of women who is respected for their intelligence regarding civil or military matters that is pivotal to the well being of the state. Another is to form a committee to deal with family disputes regarding the way the family is being 'ruled' eg. family expenses, income etc. to come up with a woman's solution to the dispute.

If they are as capable as men, let them start their own companies and pay themselves whatever they wish.
