1. A victory for IDF lawyers and terrorists.
DSM ,   USA   (03.13.19)
After the soldiers are convicted the IDF will wonder why morale stinks and the soldiers are unsure about defending Israel's territory. Israeli citizens can now be sure there will be more protests and terrorist not worried about consequences.
2. Israel is nothing more than a punching bag for the U.N.
Scott ,   USA   (03.13.19)
No other country would be so worried about defending it's own borders. Why must Jews always hold themselves up to a self defeating double standard.
3. It is like the Gestapo investigating itself
Grahan Usher ,   Manchester   (03.14.19)
4. Leave our soldiers alone
Bar Star ,   Jerusalem   (03.14.19)
Any jihadist participating in violent riots organized by the murderous Hamas is the legitimate target regardless of their distance from the fence. They don't come to plant flowers.
5. What SHOULD be investigated
eli ,   tel aviv   (03.14.19)
is why the IDF lets the Gazans continue to "demonstrate" against Israel.
6. Shouldn't there be an investigation
Howard Kane ,   Israel   (03.14.19)
of the crimes committed on the Palestinian side, the balloons, the attacks on IDF patrols -- to name a few? Why is it that for the past year, the major news networks in the USA do not report the slightest hint of the incendiary ballons, kites, and other violent provocations coming from Gaza since they began last year? Only Israel has to be investigated? Hypocrites!
7. Investigation
Sjoerd van der Velde ,   Hoorn Holland   (03.15.19)
This is the umptieth/again proof/evidence that Israel is one of the most open, transparent, decent, democratic and human countries (in the world), a truely good example to any country/the international community/the United Nations Organization and humankind. A dictatorship really is an entire different story. The Israƫli soldiers only are doing their work/job, just as, for example, the police, defending their people and country, which any army in/of any country does, in the same case, with equal situation and circumstances.
