Actually, the conversion is a Jewish (Torah) process with which the Rabbinate has nothing to do except possibly monitor it.

If there are disagreements among Jews as to how to use the site, they must negotiate among themselves in good faith--that is, without vile vilifications by some against others (as has been happening regularly from the Orthodox/Ultra-Orthodox fold).
