My private health insurance costs me $570 a month, that is $6840 per annum, regardless of the free health system provided by the state from our tax money.
A $56 PSA test has been declined. The rational is why prevent prostate cancer? if you get prostate cancer we will fork out millions to treat you and help you die peacefully. Methinks what sort of qualifications these professionals presented to get the job.

The government is responsible for old aged pensioners in Israel, not the Rabbis. https://gov.il/English/Topics/SeniorHealth/rights_and_services_for_elderly/Pages/default.aspx

When you are young
...you prepare for when you get old.

Right before the election we have stories on ynet that obviously are written with an agenda..

5. Cannot dump all responsibility....

of aged care on the rabbi it must also be part of government's fiscal plan to honor those who in the past that served Israel with their best ability. Thereby it's the interest of the government to reward the aged with a reasonably discounted health care for the aged. The new government must come up with a plan that benefits the general public ofIsrael.
6. Thanks to "Karing Kachlon"
Grip   (04.06.19)
Who advertises himself as the "only one who cares." This year, after boasting that he'd cut this and that in order to give pensioners more, we got....wait for it.... 28 shekels extra, which with last year's 6 shekels per month more, makes it a rise of 34 shekels over the last 7-8 years!!!

I think I can tell Mr Kachlon where he can put his generosity, and his "caring".
7. Very, very sad.

Avi L.   (04.05.19)
With a PM who spends for make-up thousands of shekels, needs private chefs and whose son ... the tapes are here to listen to or read the transcrpts

A PM too busy giving away citizen monies to minorities who will keep him in power
13. becoming more individualist... a terrible mistake by the old
Ex Oleh Chadash   (04.07.19)
People in Israel love to complaint; me too. This is a Polish-Russian habit.

I live in South America and I can say that in Israel it is not that bad. The main problem is the expensive rentals.

Only selfish people feel lonely. Seek to help people around you.
When I was an oleh chadash, I missed having people to talk in Hebrew. In the ghetto I lived (absorption center) people spoke Spanish only.

a few years ago I read books in the library for blind people: helping others make you feel good; instead of being alone at home to complain, try to see who needs a little help near you. What is little for some can be very useful for others.

The young generation in Israel is more sympathetic than the old one who came from Europe.

And... Israel is for idealists. It's not for those who want to be rich. Those who want to be rich are making a big damage to the country. - I'm talking just about real estate scalpers.

I was once in a kibbutz. The old ladies sewed the clothes of the workers of the kibbutz in the laundry. They were always working together and never complained about anything.
14. Really makes you want to vote for Bibi doesn't it!
Talula ,   Tel Aviv   (04.07.19)
He's 10 years to make a difference in these people's lives -and he has done NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! the self-appointed 'savior' of Israel has done NOTHING to help the people of this country that truly need it. I will NEVER EVER vote for this hateful self-righteous arrogant no-body - and neither should anyone else.
15. So: Bibi has not delivered Shangri-la to EVERYBODY? Too bad!
