According to the UN preamble and charter, the UN is not allowed/has no mandate, to meddle/to interfere in internal affairs of (membership)countries. That is why the UN cannot be called a transnational, supranational organization, but an intergovernmental, international one. I will not write, this time about the rest of the meaning/definition of the UN. More or less the membership nations/states/lands/entities, more than 190 different countries, together form the United Nations. First these countries were the Allied Nations, in world war 2, until 1945 The term United Nations first was used/invented by US president Franklin Delano Roosevelt, for the successor of the League of Nations, which ended in 1946. The UN has no worlddomination and is not a worldgovernment.Also Iran still is a UN membership country, with all causes..

The United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency has no mandate/hardly has a mandate/ cannot meddle/interfere/can hardly meedle in internal affairs of (UN membership) countries, accoding the UN preamble and charter, because the UN is an intergovernmental and international organization and not a supranational one. Do not expect too much of it"s inspections, in this case.
