Egyptians don't live in the west bank. Sisi can accept anything he wants, but making Abbas accept it is the only thing that counts, and Sisi has no control over him.

Will Sisi simply bypass Abbas and put him out to pasture? That might be a good thing. But the 'Palestinians' are like mice to Abbas's Pied Piper, and their response is up in the air. Let's see what happens.
