only way to stop it is by sending similar balloons to Gaza. and rockets. fight fire with fire.

Gaza was never going to be easy. when you examine how olmert and then bibi conducted war against hamas, you understand why incendiary balloons continue even more deadly.

both were afraid of casualties. olmert knew little about warfare. and bbi for all his bluster, projects fear and always does the least possible. each time Bennett said lets go, attack, bibi said we had to act responsibly,a code word for cowardice.

and gantz did the same as bibi which is in part why he is such a lousy candidate for pm.i have no confidence in gantz.

and Israelis are ultimately to blame for this. vote for Bennett, someone shapira even said was responsible for the tunnels being hit[otherwise, they would not have been hit).

so gaza balloons are the fault of bibi lapid and gantz. the jewish gene of pacificism cannnot seem to be expunged. it better be because the state will be fighting all out wars in future. bibi is not up to it, he shrinks before such challenges and just yaps. likewise the others.

vote for bennett and quit electing cowards.

No way to shoot down the balloons? Really? Get a few dozen snipers and make it their job to shoot down anything coming across the border. Who cares where the bullets come down- it'll be in Gaza.

Or get some high powered lasers and pop the balloons. There are lots of ways to do this- why is nothing being done? Does Israel just want to show the world the burning fields? That's old news. Shoot down the balloons, shoot the people launching them. Let me repeat that: shoot the people launching them.

"Palestinians" do nothing but search for ways to harm Israel. How can they maim and murder more of us? How can they make us suffer more? "Palestinians" have been harming us, as much as they possibly can, for a century or longer. They began long before Israel's birth.

Yet Israel MADLY continues to pamper them. Israel continues to shower our mortal "Palestinian" foes with food, money, electricity, work permits, materials, protection and much more. Israel's treatment of "Palestinians" is TOTALLY insane. If Israel simply treated "Palestinians" as the defeated mortal foes they are, they would pose little danger to us.

both netanyahu and gantz harm and have harmed israelis deterrence. shapira heavily criticized both during the gaza war. both were reluctant, passive and seemingly ignorant about what to do about tunnels.

you have the picture of bibi beffore a computer screen without one damn idea of what to do.

then you have gantz telling southerners it is safe to come out of your homes when it was clearly not.

both are not up to the challenge.

because both were or wore uniforms does not mean they were good soldiers. if i was bibi's commander long ago, i would have transferred him to a desk job.as for gantz, he should never have been appointed chief of staff.

as for regev, she should keep quiet about bibi and deterrence as there is almost none.

nasrollah and sinwar have excelled at information war against Israel. blood curdling threats, surprise weapons of death with occasional demonstrations are meant to weaken the resolve of Israelis. and they do the job very well.

Israel has a weak information war department. it projects weakness when it should do the opposite.it should copy the methods of nasrollah and sinwar.

aside from excesses of rhetoric, there is no comparison between nasrollah and sinwar vs bibi in war leadership ability and strategy. they are many times better than bibi in the information war and actual conduct of war.

bibi harms Israeli deterrence. ask sinwar. that is why fires continue to burn. Hamas knows bibi will do next to nothing.

74 years since the end of Jewish catastrophe. and Israeli has continuing difficulty producing leaders with some guts.Look in the bloody mirror already.
