2. Courts are Inherently Anti-Democratic

And in Israel, especially so. Anarchy may be what this Justice sees, but others see judicial tyranny with absolutely no democratic correction or control possible. The S. Ct. in Israel has delegated to itself supreme authority and essentially states that the democratic representatives may not control it.
