Lieberman talked big. when he was defense minister, he turned into bibi #2 with his cautious underachievement.

he saw gantz up close in protective edge and said he was not up to the job. gantz was severely criticized by shapira which ynet and haaretz totally ignore. he was ineffectual. so Lieberman said he would not sit with him.

guess what-now he is prepared to sit with him. so this proves Lieberman cananot be trusted period.

the upper echelons of the idf are dumb, stupid, deaf and blind. when thousands of rockets were being fired on israel in 2006, the idf air campaign failed to stop it. why is this a surprise to any halfwit. the hezbollah followed the russian chinese model of underground bunkers, and civilian homes from which to fire rockets and kornets, assuming that the moral other side would not fire in kind. and of cousre the moralistic idf would never dream of terrorizing the enemy.

well that is what has to be done.

this is what halutz and current day Israelis leaders fail miserably to understand. combine the western model of warfare with the eastern viet namese model. so Israel should be firing thousands of cheap land rockets to equalize terror while its western component takes out critical resources and grinds Lebanon to a standstill.
