The authorities were completely deficient in their duties to protect this woman. Their incompetence needs to be investigated.
This woman must be released and given funds to start a new life. Protective services failed her. Do not fail her a second time by keeping her incarcerated.
The Sharia Court that sent her back to this sociopath must be shut down.
Release the woman. If the Parole Board doesn't, then President Rivlin must pardon her.
