1. Bloody inefficient cops. Unless they produce some hard facts
(06.19.19)
/evidence, this may become a case of either innocent man jailed or guilty one walking free, on account of uncertainty....
2. #1 lack of evidence is the parents' doing...
(06.19.19)
The parents should have taken their child to hospital IMMEDIATELY
The hospital in a non-invasive manner would have involved social workers and the social workers would have called in the police.

Instead the parents kept the child home...and got rid of all physical evidence.
Instead the parents kept the child home...leaving it all to open up to the possibility that the child was coached by the parents.

Someone hurt this little child and definitely they should be punished for the heinous crime they have committed.
But the parents also need to be held to an accounting.
3. It boggles the mind...

How is it that when the alleged perpetrator is Arab/Muslim a certain segment of the Israeli/Jewish society gets up on their hind legs demanding justice?

How is that the when the alleged perpetrator is Jewish (a rabbi, school principal, a family friend or relative) the same segment of the Israeli/Jewish society bends over backwards to protect the alleged perpetrator going out of their way to call the victim a liar?

So is this about the victim or is this about the political needs of a specific group of Israeli/Jews?
4. Shachar Shalev: the parents didn't report the crime on time.
(06.19.19)
the parents got rid of all the evidence and waited several weeks before reporting the crime to the police.
Betcha their rabbi advised them to do that.
5. Huh? It's not adding up

If she was forcibly raped, then let go, there is no way that an adult would not have called the police within 15 minutes. There would be DNA evidence from her rapist and zero questions as to where it took place. What's going on?
