Hamas has 'earned' billions in aid over the last decade. They should have been able to build their own sewage treatment plants. They wasted their donor's money on weapons, tunnel construction, and corruption. (Ever notice the mansions the Hamas leadership live in?)
If Israel has to build this interceptor line to protect Israel's environment, its cost must be deducted from PA tax receipts.
