Without that diplomats are wasting everyone's time. They are taking it for granted when there is nothing further from the truth. There is no doubt Palestinians reject a Jewish majority state and it's questionable that Likud accepts a Palestinian state under any conditions.

Let there be global funding of a trillion or more with a global board such as IMF or World Bank for an investment bank to fund projects from Afghanistan to all of Africa, including Israel, regardless of politics/human politicians. Too long has the "Palestinian issue" held humanity hostage.
