These women deserve a prize -- I admire their actions right up there with women who removed their shirts to break-up a protest causing a traffic-jam in Bnei Brak. I am against violence and sometimes, a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do!!
but keeping the religion free of hypocrisy is even more important. These guys have no values. If they are really taking bribes and faking accounts of graves, then they are nothing more than a mafia. The haredi sector itself should be motivated to cleanse itself from such hypocrites.
I am troubled by the reporting. Some generalizations are made without any sourcing. For example, they claim that the people attempting to stop construction have no archeological knowledge. How do they know this? They don't say. How would you feel if you knew that they in fact did have archeological knowledge and that graves are being desecrated? Another thing: they accuse them of demanding bribes to go away, again, without a hint of source reporting. How do they know this? They don't say. This is an extremely heinous accusation. After all, they are saying that the whole thing is just an extortion scheme without the slightest basis in fact.
Now consider that Israel, being an ancient land, is literally littered with graveyards everywhere. Virtually every construction site should be carefully checked for evidence of burials. Failing to do so is as evil as anything the chareidim are being carelessly accused of.
