analysis.

Israel just ordered Russia to stay put and Russia complies
2. Russia is not committed to Syria anyway

Russia wants Iran out so that Syria’s Russian port is able to function unimpeded. 1,750,000 Russian Israelis also is a strong incentive for Russia to turn the other cheek.

israel will do what is in its interests period provided it has good leadership. that is the biggest question. based on past performance, lapid, barak, gantz are not the leaders to take on the threats from the north. in fact barak more recently was anemic in his response to hezbollah provocations. for every strike of barak, yaalon, lieberman and now bibi did 3 of them.

barak was a lousy leader period, a smart guy whose time is long past.i would not vote for him under any that is any circumstances.
4. good analysis Dr Fishman... makes sense!

Only 4 innocent Syrian military guys were martyred! These articles are meant to increase the morale of a us Israelis that can't even manage Gaza.

Defeating Iran? Israel- a nation that can't even defeat Gaza will defeat Iran?! LMAO, even the fairy tales are more believable. We need better military leadership to ACTUALLY defeat Iran. We have been saying that Iran will defeated for decades....not actually doing ANYTHING worthwhile to defeat them. On top of that USA is becoming anti-semetic day by day.

why the hell would the iaf launch weapons from over cyprus? they could achieve the same result from over the sea, 100 miles closer, without wasting fuel and time.
