1. Arabs in Israel are not Palestinian
Arabs who live in Israel, are citizens and receive state benefits- l So they are Israeli. Maybe, some of them had parents who lived in Israel when it was called Palestine, like some of my relatives. But the country is now called Israel, so they are all Israelis. Jewish Israelis, Arab Israelis, Druze Israelis etc. Israel is not the only country whose name has changed.

2. Same services are given.
Further, to suggest health services are different for Arab citizens is a lie. Health services are exactly the same for all citizens, including IVF. Nazareth, which they are near, is a very large city, with full services. Some small towns, Arab and Jewish, have less local services like great parks and playgrounds, due to less local tax money. There are Arabs in my neighborhood, but the Arab towns minutes away pay 1/3 the amount that I pay for city tax, which is paid according to house size, and determined by each city or local council. Being a small town, with fewer residents contributing taxes, and their town council charging much less for local tax means their town hasn't prioritized a park and playground. Trying to say otherwise is typical, but untrue.

Let's face it, each and every day ,Israel is accused of being an " Apartheid " state ,so if you're going to get punished for the crime, you might as well do the crime.

Israeli Arabs are mostly moslem and identify with Palestinians.Palestinians are defined mostly as murderers So not much honour there. Not every move that Israel makes against Palestinians is racist and against Israeli Arabs. that need to make clear where they stand.
