Jewish settlements aren't stopping a 2 state solution because the Palestinian rejection of a Jewish state means there will be no 2 state solution anyways. Israel is 75% Jewish and won't accept any 1 or 2 state solution that dilutes that. There is no such thing as there must be a solution. Palestinians want all of Israel and the West Bank Muslim controlled and Israel won't allow it. So, Jews don't care what Palestinians want as their future state. Because of Palestinian demands it's not going to happen.
