The OECD average is 4,000 USD per capita.
Cut the hugely bloated and wasteful defence budget and pay nurses and teachers more. Very simple.

operation nurses make even $ 150.000 per year. they have a shortage of nurses in the usa. qualified nurses will get residency without any problem. GET OUT OF THE ZIONIST UTOPIA.
