The reason why every attempt for a peace treaty with the Palestinians has failed is because the Palestinian leadership gets its power by keeping Palestinian’s angry and fighting Israel (instead of fighting the leadership). All levels of Palestinian leadership have absolutely nothing to gain by peace and everything to gain by conflict and victimology. The only way around this is to bypass leadership and go straight to people’s economic self interest and subvert the leadership
Trying to pretend to be “impartial” is useless and will only strengthen the leaderships negative role and doom it from the start

Oslo is dead because there are no borders which the Pal-Arabs would agree to live next to the Jewish State of Israel as a peaceful neighbor forever. So drive out the terrorists. Claim Israel's rights over Area C and apply its civil laws there. Assist and peaceful Pal-Arabs who would like to emigrate do so. That is the start.
