Damn if you don't. Why suspend soldiers who took proper precautions? PC gone mad even for a Jewish brain

do you want to show the name and especially the photo of the gazan infiltrator? i think this would encourage more "martyrs"
3. IDF "leadership" fails again.

Based solely on the info provided in this story it sounds as if the soldiers should be rewarded, not punished.

Additionally, with the spate of soldiers being disciplined or thrown into jail for shooting attackers, one has to wonder if there isn't a sub-narrative going on... maybe IDF soldiers have been conditioned to hold their fire because no matter what, every lethal use of force encounter leads to a legal proctological exam and if you get to avoid such an exam by holding your fire... duh, no brainer.

If the army wanted to find a way to quell aggressive behavior in their soldiers, they seem to have succeeded.

Some commanders don't know how idf works: oipening fire is risky, you will be prosecuted. The soldiers were not trained well enough for this action. Golanis have experience and would not fire on our own troops.in this confused action, that shows lack of proper leadership.
7. trust the squad leader!
jochair thijsseb ,   kfar saba israel   (08.20.19)
If the squad leader did not open fire, then he had good reason to.
because then all his soldiers would have fired, with bad results.
