1. Certain populations obey same rules my dog does: when they
lack a clear sense of who the "master" is they become wild& vicious and generally unhappy.
It's in their blood/genetic makeup.
They are not guilty, but then again:

No siege, freedom of movement, no wonder there is no fear of Israel in Palestinian locations. And Israel, again afraid to act for fear of what will be said by countries and the U.N that want to see he annihilated.
