For the future Caliph, nukes will be the big stick that is used to kowtow all the neighboring countries. And while Israel has total control of its nukes, (if it really has any), the same can't be said for Turkey, which is always on the cusp of anarchy.

Like other powers India and Pakistan Israel chose not to sign the NPT and there are no international laws obligating any country to sign.
In 1980 Turkey decided to sign the NPT which makes it illegal to posses or develop nuclear weapons.
As a member of NATO Turkey will already be protected by the American nuclear umbrella and unless Erdogan is planning to leave NATO if any other country attacks Turkey the rest of NATO is obligated to come and help Turkey.
Israel might have nukes but it doesn't have the protection from NATO that Turkey does.

It is more or less the same situation as with Iran. Can a criminal dictatorship-country, what Turkey now is, be trusted with such arms? What country can be trusted with them without several rights or/and privileges in this case above other countries,which several countries already have,since 1945,to begin with the United States and so on. It is almost to compare with the free possession of arms, allowed by the second amentmend in the US.
