election is not yet over. likud may tie gantz. lieberman has set the benchmark. gantz cannot do much nor can likud without lieberman. they will have to combine-otherwise not much will happen or maybe a 3rd election.

gantz got no major endorsement likely due to inclusion of lapid who was lousy as finance minister. gantz himself was terrible as chief of staff in the gaza war.

likud has its own faults. so israel did not get a great choice.

had likud dumped bibi a few months ago, it would have won with either saar or barkat at the head. public was tired of bibi's big mouth and his kissing rear ends of putin and trump.

the real hero of the gaza war was Bennett;yet the israelis shunned him. so no wonder Jewish people have had so much tragedy. you do not pick the best fighting leaders.

For the survival of Israel as a nation, Gantz and Bibi and other leaders should join forces and form a broader liberal unity government. The people are helpless, and wants security and peace, the leaders if they really love Israel they should form a government of national unity. Nobody is perfect, none of the leaders are perfect. But what's the alternative. Israel as a nation will cease to exist if the leaders don't unite.

The Arab List and Meretz do not support the Gantz agenda. There is a Center-Right Block, the Haredi parties do support Netanyahu. The real count is Center-Left 33, Center-Right 46.

Gantz should act like a statesman or there will be a third election. He should introduce a bill on his own that would give immunity to all charges against him. He then might be able to gain enough Likud votes and Lieberman votes to form a government.

who would be in such a coalition.
certainly not the orthodox parties who together have 24 seats.
they are hated by the secular.
it is doubtful that likud would join without netanyahu.
that leaves israel beitanu and the joint list.
even if gantz allies with the joint list, he will not have a government.

the only solution is a union between likud and blue white.
these two parties together have the majority.
it would be a mistake to ask lieberman to join.
he has never been reliable all he wants is power for
himself and his constituents. such a small man with huge
ambitions. to think of him as king maker is a farce.
those who have stabbed the existing government in the back,
should be excluded.

Vote for the difference between caca and peepee, Bibi and Gantz, Trump or Hillary oto davar. We are slaves and just try to get out of line and all that will remain of your protest is your blood on the street corner where you chanced being a freeman. The best con is one where you do not know you were taken.

bibi and sara in my judgement are to blame for his narrow loss. the public i believe is sick of the both of them with the hovering allegations.moreover, bibi though he was far better than peres and olmert, in at least doing raids and reacting to every rocket/incendiary, he didn't have the guts to go all out. so he has made some dumb decisions ie defense treaty proposal with usa, and being played for a sucker by putin who fed his secrets to iran and nasrollah.

the media hatred of bibi is so thick, that they backed up gantz who was heavily criticized for his terrible performance in the gaza war-slow, laid back, underestimated tunnels, and not inclined to lightening strikes invasion etc.

so expect he will be slow to react to hamas provocations, and likely less than bibi. lieberman is crucial to ensuring gantz takes action. his only hope is that he allow ashkenazi to be independent as defense minister allow him to rout hamas once and for some time.Otherwise, Israel is going right down the drain. the momentum has shifted to nasrolla,hamas and iran.israel has to reverse it.

With lapid as pm in rotation, rockets willl hit ben gurion airport and tel aviv routinely from the land that he gives over. there is no land to give. the holocaust lessons are that israelis have to control their own security, from defensible borders above all else. no dependence on usa, on UN, no one.

so you Israelis will end up out of Israel, begging to be admitted to usa Canada and Australia. you can thank the media and your own stupidity.

Bennett should clearly be the pm of Israel. the media did everything to downgrade him.

if likudniks had any ounce of normality, they would have gone to bibi and given him 60 days to transition out. otherwise a putsch. then saar or barkat could have defeated gantz. what were you so afraid of to avoid reading the riot act to bibi.
