How about ZERO rocket fire?
If a single rocket is launched into Israel, is the whole plan shelved? Are all the permits revoked?

Yet another mad Israeli concession to our mortal "Palestinian" foes, which is almost certain to result in innocent Israelis being maimed and murdered. When will we ever learn???
Israel ceded our South Lebanon Security Zone to "Palestinians" and we got Hizbullah on our doorstep and thousands of rockets pointed at us. Israel ceded Gaza and we got Hamas on our doorstep and thousands of rockets pointed at us. Damn cursed Israeli concessions and retreats are the source of ALL our serious problems!
