What an incredibly awesome man he was. It's time to bring his remains home for Nadia. Bess her. As for the film, no thanks. Just another cheapo tacky attempt at making money.

The Netflix series, though inaccurate in parts, was fine tribute to Eli Cohen, and revived an episode of history that some people might not be aware of. His (mis)treatment by the Syrians after his capture was appalling. Any captured spy can expect robust interrogation - it's an occupational hazard - but the torture of Eli and his subsequent execution was vile and way beyond the pale.

Saw the movie on Netflix. Was very very impressed. Such a brave man who gave his life for his country. May God rest his soul.
