that the Arabs are killing each other and blaming the Jews. Within Israel when police have arrived to arrest someone they are met with rioting and stoning by the perpetrator's family and neighbors. Police don't earn enough money for that kind of risk. Of course if some child or woman gets in the way and gets hurt the media is all over it for police brutality. So the police are damned if they do and damned if they don't. The reference to Syria is silly. Policemen don't operate in Syria, our army special forces do. I seriously doubt that any sane person seriously wants the army to be in charge of civil disobedience and crime.

Why are some poor communities violent while other poor communities are peaceful? Its not standard of living or the government but values and culture.
