UNGA Resolution 181 (the Partition of Palestine) voted the 29th of November 1947 was a violation of the rule of the authority of RES JUDICATA! The decision by the International Community to create an independent Jewish state in Palestine, was taken 25 years earlier, following decisions by the Paris Peace Conference in 1919 and the San Remo Conference of 1920, was taken by the unanimous vote of ALL the 51 members of the League of Nations the 24th of July 1922. This vote, the "Mandate for Palestine" gave the Jewish people the IRREVOCABLE RIGHT to settle anywhere on the territory between the Mediterranean Sea and, at least, the Jordan River and the "eastern boundary of Palestine as ultimately determined", (Article 25 of the Mandate that became obsolete 14th of May 1948) and the Golan Heights, to create their state in formation. The "Mandate for Palestine" became international Law, valid till this day and reaffirmed by Article 80 of the United Nations' Charter. The catastrophe was that the idea of an independent Jewish state, that could have been born in the early thirties, as was the case with Iraq in the same "A Class Mandates", was rejected by the Left majority of the Zionist Movement headed by Haim Weizmann and Nahum Sokolow.
