There are anti-Semites in the world. There always have been. Until Moshiach comes there always will be. No amount of "emissaries", "hasbara" or "education" is ever going to change that. I would love to see the Jewish Agency concern itself first and foremost with the (positive) goal of building Israel - and not with the negative and reactionary goal of combating anti-Semitism, whatever that means. For the first time in millenia, Jews have a homeland and a State in it. Working towards improving it is the best answer to anti Semtism that exists.
