The arabs parties are legal

It’s unlikely that Gantz will be able to form a minority government with the Arabs because with their 12 votes Gantz would still only have 56.
Even with the Arabs backing him from outside to form a minority government he also needs Liberman in the coalition to take him over the 61 mark and Liberman doesn’t seem to be interested in helping form a minority government and so Gantz would have to return the mandate and Rivlin will then offer it to ank MK who can form a coalition which will probably be Netanyahu.

If Gantz were to somehow form a minority government probably would not last more than a year especially if he has Liberman making pro right wing demands with Joint List making pro Arab demands and if there were flare up with the Pals the arArabs would abandon him and he would either have to help form a right wing coalition ( not on his term ) or go to elections so a minority’s government is an election by another name.

If Gantz does go for a minority government which will be blackmailed by Arabs When the early elections come Gantz will lose a lot of seats and gimmick parties like this tend to only go downhill once they do badly in an election and soon enough Gantz will be out of politics.

The sentimental Israeli public is the countries weakest link and that is why all those terrorists got released.
The government held out for a long time on doing a deal forcShalit but in the end the public pressure to get him back got to strong and Netanyahu was forced to release him and Hamas demands were high.

The same Israelis who were out protesting demanding Netanyahu get Shalit back were later on condemning him for releasing all those terrorists.

Hamas have taken and held onto the bodies of two dead soldiers to trade for living terrorists and eventually the public pressure will force the government ( whoever it is ) to do a deal and that’s why Hana’s do this.
Hamas are patient and will wait decades if they have to but they also know the Israeli public is nit so patient and eventually all governments give into public pressure.
