Israel now has 3,619 confirmed cases of coronavirus, the Health Ministry said Saturday morning.
Of that number, 54 people are in serious condition, 81 are in moderate condition and the rest have light symptoms.
Another 89 people have now made a full recovery.
An Israeli tourist in Italy was reported to have died from the virus at a local hospital. His wife, who's with him, remains in quarantine at the same facility.
Two more Israelis died on Friday as a result of the coronavirus bringing the number of fatalities to 12.
There are currently approximately 493 people in hospital in Israel, 1,828 people being treated at home, 484 in a specially designated hotel and the rest awaiting a decision on how they will be treated.
Israelis were instructed Thursday to remain at home with emergency measures in place for a period of seven days.
Officials warn that a complete lock-down will be imposed if there is no indication of a decline in the number of new cases reported.
