Public Security Minister Omer Barlev spoke with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Thursday for the first time, congratulating him on the occasion of the holiday of Eid al-Adha.
Barlev mentioned the need to open communication lines between the Public Security Ministry and the PA for the good of the peace and security of both nations.
