After being closed last night due to concerns of flooding, police announced that Highway 40 has reopened for vehicle traffic between Mitzpe Ramon and Tzichor Junction. It was also reported that Highway 234 at Tze'elim Bridge, Highway 222 near Retamim and Highway 171 at the entrance to Training Base 1 remain closed to traffic.
