Two Israeli nationals were killed and a child was severely wounded after being hit by a car outside a shopping mall in the city of Ramsgate near London, the Foreign Affairs Ministry said Thursday.
According to the ministry, the incident happened a number of days ago, but the family did not contact the Israeli officials or ask for consular assistance until now.
According to reports in England, one of the victims is an 80 year-old man, and another is a woman in her 30s. In addition, three other people were hurt in the incident, including a small girl, and all appear to be members of the same family.
