Israel approves plan to fight crime in Arab sector

The Israeli government on Sunday approved a multi-year national program meant to battle the surging violent crime rates in the Arab sector.
The plan is believed to cost the taxpayer NIS 2.5 billion and will be implemented between 2022-2026.
Public Security Minister Omer Barlev said, "the decision convinces the whole government to act as one for this important goal."
