Prime Minister Naftali Bennett gave a speech at the memorial service for the victims of the Yom Kippur War, during which he reoffered to the capture of the six terrorists who escaped from Gilboa Prison two weeks ago.
"The escape was a serious malfunction - intelligence, operational and systemic wise," said Bennett. "Once a malfunction is recognized, everyone must mobilize, first of all, against the enemy, in order to restore deterrence, and then fix what is needed from the inside."
