Israel to begin inoculating adults against coronavirus with Moderna vaccine

Adir Yanko|
The Health Ministry announced on Wednesday it will start vaccinating adults against coronavirus using U.S. pharmaceutical giant Moderna's vaccine starting next week.
So far, Israel's highly successful vaccine rollout relied solely on the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine.
Youths between the ages of 12–18 will continue being inoculated with the Pfizer shot since the Moderna jab has only been cleared for use in adults so far.
