Police announced that highways closed due to weather conditions have been reopened. Highway 40 has been reopened at Ramot Junction, Tzihor Junction and Ketura Junction; Highway 12 has been reopened between Neot Smadar and Eilat; and Highway 13 has been reopened between Tzihor Junction and Menuha Junction.
