Israel tells UN won't let Libyan ship break Gaza siege
Israel has warned the United Nations that it would not let a Libyan aid ship planning to sail to Gaza break the blockade imposed on the Strip.

Israeli Ambassador Gabriela Shalev said in a meeting with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon that the UN must stop the vessel from setting sail. An official letter on the matter has been submitted to the UN chief and Security Council president. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
